Tampa has been, for many years, one of the fastest growing major communities in the US, with tremendous price appreciation potential.  Numerous articles have consistently represented Tampa as being one of the top three locations in the US to invest in Real Estate. 

Our objective is to build in an automatic 20% or more equity so that the long term capital appreciation for each investment could easily be several hundred % Return on Investment.  We also sell these homes to clients with the short term objective of renting out the home with either a positive, neutral, or only slightly negative monthly cash flow, depending on financing.
